Refund and Returns Policy

Ready-to-Wear Items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days. Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items (wedding gowns, custom dresses, matric farewell) are non-refundable.
